My guiding philosophy is that no food is off limits and exercise should be simple, effective and relevant.  I look at lifestyle and genetics when we work together.  No foods are good or bad, but different food, affects different people in different ways, especially how it affects our hormones!  

Exercise should work with your life, not just picked randomly online - all workouts are not suitable for all people!  I can help you one-on-one, as part of my monthly coaching group or treat yourself to some inspiring new recipes from my latest collections.  My 3 recipe packs are an ideal springboard to eating well for life or why not download your Free Meal Prep Guide below.

I’ve been passionate about food my whole life, but I've not always had the best relationship with it.   After 23 years in the Royal Air Force, I qualified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and I soon realised that I was massively overcomplicating things.  Now, I am repeatedly blown away at the amazing transformations my clients can have from making simple adjustments to their eating habits.

And when we team this with moving well and thinking right, that's where the magic really happens!
