Hi I'm Jennie. In the RAF it was my job to guide pilots from A to B whilst avoiding bad weather. When you rise above the clouds, your journey becomes so much clearer! Now as a coach, I see the clouds of BS in the fitness industry preventing women from getting the results they deserve, because they're so flipping overwhelmed with all the options!
I'm now a busy self-employed, menopausal mum, and have suffered with lower back pain and achilles issues. I've been utterly bogged down below the clouds myself over the last few years. I know how hard it is to stay healthy when you haven't got time to go the the gym, to cook homemade food or when pain (and hot flushes!!) sucks any kind of willpower right out of your bones. And even with all my training, I still sometimes get sucked into the BS I see from these snake oil sellers promising 'secret fat loss formulas'. Grrrrrr!
Success in anything comes in small consistent 'bite sized' chunks. It all starts in your head and when I started to realise that very simple things can make a big difference, my life really started to turn around.
